In February 2018, Canada’s leadership in digital government was recognized by its entrance into the Digital 7, providing a forum to share best practices and collaborate on projects with other governments. Collaboration is critical to success – whether it be in the form of learning from international expertise or ensuring that departments are internally committed to, and prepared for, implementing new technology to improve service delivery.

PSN’s Digital Government Roadshow 2019 recognizes that improving service delivery to citizens starts with digital tools, but ultimately requires leadership from beyond IT. Join us for a forum that will bring together both digital and non-digital leaders to truly ensure that initiatives have the support they need to succeed.  The series will head to 4 cities across Canada to benchmark the key challenges faced by government at all levels and develop a comprehensive report on the findings. The report will be created using a combination of interviews and surveys, as well as expert opinions, and released later in the year.
