Change is not a foreign concept to the public sector — the public sector has always needed to evolve to keep up with the world around it. Now, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the public sector has had to change quickly to respond. She began her journey in government at the Government Digital Service, moving to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in 2015.
