Learning from the success of the Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) Program

The Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) Program was established to consolidate government Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SAP systems to increase productivity, reduce duplicated processes, and allow for more consistency across data and reporting processes.

It’s an excellent example of cross-government collaboration in the digital transformation space.

Mark Howard, Executive Director, Digital Strategy, Investment and Assurance, Department of Customer Service, will be taking part in a Fireside Chat at the Digital Showcase, where they will discuss digitally enabled transformation.

Find out more about the PaTH program and how it’s a great example of cross-government teamwork
